• Unified all weapon Frostcraft multipliers to their MAXIMUM values regardless of gauge level:
0-15% gauge → 81-100% tier multiplier
16-45% gauge → 81-100% tier multiplier
46-80% gauge → 81-100% tier multiplier
• Frostcraft gauge still drains normally but you retain peak bonus even when empty
